Interviewing for Physician Position

Beginning a job search for executive level jobs in healthcare. Would love suggestions on how to dress for interviews. I am a physician. I am generally not a suit-wearer, generally don’t wear them to work (though not averse to jackets and sweaters) and would prefer not to wear them to an interview. I wear very small sizes (0-2), but not petites”

For an interview I would suggest a navy/black/charcoal cashmere turtleneck sweater with matching pencil skirt, which will give a streamlined sophisticated look. You can wear a blazer over the cashmere turtleneck or wear a white/navy blue silk button down. There are many available suits today, which are sophisticated and chic, I have included a Theyskens Theory charcoal suit, which is fabulous, you can wear the blazer separately with a black pencil skirt and button down or the pants with a button down and a cardigan. Buying the right suit is an essential look in ones closet”
